Hey lightworkers – it’s Mona Lisa, and it’s Intuitive Tuesday, the radio show helping intuitives, introverts and empaths, manifest the conscious and abundant life and business that they desire.

OK… today I have a few confessions to make.

I don’t really like hiking.

And I absolutely don’t like camping.

I’ve always wanted to really like hiking, but I just… I don’t. At least anything beyond the gentle strolls to the nice, easy ocean overlooks.

What I really love is the ocean.

And I don’t really like the idea of hot yoga, so I’ve never been… and in fact, I’m more of a gentle yogi all around. I’d rather get my workout on in barre, dance or pilates classes, or weight training.

What the heck does this have to do with you?!

I wanna help you give yourself permission to like what you like, and don’t like what you don’t like, and to create the business and life that really feels like YOU.

Because those are the things that will inform you on creating a brand you love that’s representative and true to you.

And that YOU and YOUR vibe will attract your tribe.

In the beginning, I was so caught up in focusing on what I thought I should like, but secretly didn’t … hiking, cooking, camping, quinoa, hanging out at bars …

Now, I focus on what I love – beaches, traveling, sunshine, pilates, the ocean, luxury, elevated every day essentials, reading, iced everythings, candles, personal development, crystals, happy people, succulents, plenty of “me time”, plenty of time with friends who uplift and inspire me, bubbly pink baths…

And I’m able to visually see my brand come before me based on these things. If I were to put in a camping picture somewhere into my branding, it wouldn’t feel me.

And online, it’s all about creating a brand that’s you. There’s really no faking it!

How you do business – who you work with – how you show up – is really up to YOU, and the more you can own that, the more joyfully successful you can be.

Even the small things – like how you want to spend your mornings when you wake up – can be inspiration for you and a way YOU do life and business.

When you get really clear on the way you want to do things, and when that lights you up and inspires you, then you’ll be able to move forward with more clarity and energy.

MUCH different than doing things that you think you should be doing!

Like everything in business, this process evolves as you learn more about yourself and move forward, but it’s really important that you start somewhere strong – where you feel confident in where you are today.

Which is why I created a brand new opt-in just for you called “Awaken Your Lightworker Superpowers: Master Your Message + Find Your Voice As An Introverted Coach.”

Confidence in your message and who you are will lead to confidence in other areas of your business – marketing, writing copy, creating programs.

Don’t get caught up in perfectionism here and wishing you were something or someone different here – be real and transparent about who you are and where you are today – and play up your strengths, what you’ve been through, and your story.

I’m confident there’s so much hidden treasure inside of each of you, and it’s waiting to be called forward and shared with the world!

That is our calling as lightworkers who are called to serve others – we’re here to transform our own stories, and to help our tribe awaken rise out of their own darkness by sharing our own journeys bravely and with authentic heart and compassion.

I hope that this has served you, and I’ll see you next Tuesday, for the next episode of Intuitive Tuesday.

Hi gorgeous souls, it’s Mona Lisa and it’s Intuitive Tuesday, the radio show helping intuitives, introverts and empaths manifest the conscious and abundant life that they desire.

If you’re here, chances are, it’s important for you to live a fulfilling, soul-centered lifestyle where you get to just be you and show up in service to the Universe.

You dream of having mornings where you can ease into your day, have a nice hot cup of tea, and maybe do some yoga, before you start working with clients or writing your blog.

And you also think, hmmm… it would be nice to also make enough money to get you out of your full-time job, or out of financial fears. And maybe you’re warming up to the idea of having a lot of money, so you can do things you secretly desire to uplevel in your life, like being able to buy the really good tea from Teavana, or the Egyptian cotton thousand thread count sheets you’ve been eyeing for awhile. Elevated every day essentials.

You’ve thought about it – maybe you’ve even started a website, or ordered some business cards.

But, once you get past the initial excitement and dreaming, you might realize something along the lines of…  oh, crap, but I’m not the entrepreneurial type. Maybe I’m not cut out for this. (insert your illogical fears here)

I can’t do this – network all day? Go to business cocktail mixers every night? Be on video? Put myself out there?

Uh-uh. Not going to happen.

And then, you start to get discouraged and lose steam, because you don’t see how you can make it happen as YOU.

And I hear you – you worry that you don’t have what it takes to be an entrepreneur, because you’re introverted, intuitive, or too soft-spoken.

So, to eliminate the confusion, today, I want to share with you the personality traits and characteristics that make up the successful girl-boss-next-door.

Think of it like the ingredients to making a really good soup… you’ve got to have it all there in order for it to work.

I hope that this checklist inspires you to see that you have what it takes to make this your reality. Or, that it shows you where you’re missing the mark, so you can adjust your sails and get back on track. Or, that it shows you that this whole entrepreneur thing just isn’t your thing!

So let’s get into it!

To be successful as a powerhouse girl-boss-next-door, you need the following:

  1. A deep, burning desire to create a service-based business, beyond it just being about the money (the money is there, but it can’t just be about the money or else you’ll jump off the wagon at the first bump in the road). It’s gotta be something you love. If you don’t have this ingredient, you might as well jump off the wagon until you get it – it’d be like trying to make soup without water or stock.
  2. Next, you’re crystal clear on your why, or you’re ready and willing to find this out ASAP! You know your core desired feelings, your vision, and your mission, and it’s really important for you to live the life you envision – priority #1. Again, this ingredient is super important, because if you’re starting a business with “it would be nice to have a business that makes me money on the side, that I don’t really have to work on” it ain’t gonna work. Business needs some serious fire, especially in the start up days!
  3. A fierce willingness to go deep, transform your limiting beliefs, relationship with money, and old stories that need to be thrown out. Having a heart-centered business forces you to grow and develop yourself inside and out, and you’ve got to wanna grow.
  4. You hold yourself up to a high standard, and are committed to your success, no matter what. Failure is simply not an option because see 1 + 2.
  5. You are willing to learn from your temporary failures and setbacks, and are super resilient – you are down to course correct as things don’t go the way you planned (trust me, they won’t always go the way you planned, and that’s business!), and to continue taking action until you have a strategy that works for you!

And that’s it! Those are the 5 ingredients that will make you unstoppable as an entrepreneur.

Tell me in the comments of this Podcast, did you meet the ingredient checklist? Is there an area you need to develop? Or did you decide that being an entrepreneur is just crazy town and not for you? Let me know!

Hello Gorgeous Lightworkers, it’s Mona Lisa and it’s Intuitive Tuesday, the radio show helping intuitives, introverts and empaths manifest the conscious and abundant life that they desire.

Today’s Podcast is the second part of a two-part series centered around creating content for your tribe, so you haven’t listened to Intuitive Tuesday Podcast #33, I highly recommend you listen to that first!

So last time, I had you decide on what type of content you want to put out. Maybe you decided on a blog, a Podcast, a video series, Instagram, graphics, or a FB Live show.

Now that you know how you would like to speak to your tribe, now it’s time to figure out what content to create.

Remember, last time I said “As an online coach and entrepreneur, the only way you can make sales and get clients is by putting out consistent content that your ideal customers will love and resonate with.”

Your job is to find out what your ideal customer loves learning about and engaging in when it comes to your specific topic.

Of course, a big part of this is figuring out your ideal customer, which is a whole, ginormous process in itself, that I teach to my private clients and couldn’t possibly fit into a Podcast.

But, for now, let’s say you already have an idea of your ideal customer and who she or he is, and that you know what topic you want to help your clients with.

For example, in a nutshell, my ideal customer is an introverted, intuitive woman who is a new or aspiring coach. My main topic is showing my ideal customer how to have a more fulfilling, joyful lifestyle by learning how to create a sustainable, profitable coaching business where she’s able to use her unique talents and skills to transform the lives of her clients.

Once you have that down, you’re ready to create some awesome content!

4 Steps To Create A Year’s Worth Of Content That Your Tribe Will Love, Resonate With, & Be Served By:

Step 1: Brainstorm 12 Sub-topics (one for every month). Examples: Say your topic is nutrition.

Potential sub-topics could be: yummy clean recipes, what foods to eat depending on their body type, supplements, how to grocery shop, how to meal prep your lunch, how to wean yourself off of sugar, etc.

Step 2: Write out 1-2 common problems that your tribe has for every sub-topic. This will be your basis for writing content.

So let’s stay with the example of nutrition, a potential common problem that your ideal customer may have in the sub-topic of “healthy grocery shopping” could be that he or she has no idea how to grocery shop, gets super overwhelmed at Whole Foods, and ends up just spending tons of money on ready-made foods and salads, that aren’t even that healthy.

Step 3: Let them know you get it, and provide some personal experience or experiences you’ve helped your own clients through

Step 4: Give them a solution! “Reverse engineer” the solution to be something you can help them with, to affirm your place in their minds as their fave, go-to expert in your topic.

Some valuable things you can offer are free how-to’s (like this step-by-step!), show notes, a way to work with you privately, a free program you’re offering, or a FB group.

I hope that this has served you and I’ll see you next Tuesday, for the next episode of Intuitive Tuesday.

When you’re done with your worksheet, come back to the post and let me know how you did in the comments below.
