About Laura McCaffrey
Laura is a life coach who helps analytical, logic-driven, Type A women actually enjoy the lives that they’ve worked so hard to create. She brings woo for the non-woo crew. She helps her clients overcome overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, procrastination and self-doubt so they can reconnect with themselves, feel grounded, and gain confidence and clarity.
She is a mechanical engineer working in the field of engineering for over 18 years. She is also a certified energy healer, and has been trained in trance state meditation, Energy Body Clearing, Shadow Work, Soul Tarot, and Ancestral Healing. At home, she enjoys spending time with her two small children, her husband, and her two dogs. When she’s not working, coaching, or dissertating, you can find her on her spin bike or with her nose in a book.
